Waseem Saeed is a UK-trained, fully accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeon and is able to undertake contract work for PCTs and Trusts to meet NHS targets within his fields of expertise.

Limb plastic reconstruction

ADULT HAND SURGERY:

Trigger finger
Carpal tunnel sundrome
Other nerve compression syndromes
DeQuervain’s syndrome
Tennis elbow
Duputren’s contracture
Arthritis of the hand
Sequelae of hand injuries
Tendon repair and reconstruction
Nail repair and reconstruction
Nerve repair and reconstruction

SPECIALIST RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY:

Spasticity of the upper limb due to cerebral palsy, brain tumour, head injury and stroke
Birth disorders of the hand (congenital hand surgery)
Nerve reconstruction of the upper and lower limbs with or without tendon transfer
Chest wall / breast reconstruction for Poland syndrome
Microsurgical transfer of undescended testicle
Tissue expanision

The patient should agree to be treated by Mr Saeed
A pre-operative consultation will be required
Full medical records of the patient should be available
Mr Saeed reserves the right to turn down work that he feels is inappropriate to transfer or for which facilities in the independent sector do not meet appropriate standards
